  I went to this store to frame two posters. I was extremely disappointed with the frames that I was sold. Not only was one frame too small for the item in question, but I was (incorrectly) told that neither frame came with hanging hooks (they both did) and so I was unnecesarily sold a set of picture as well. Admittedly, I could have checked both of these things myself, but I had thought that I could trust the staff to be honest and accurate.
